At Conde Fernández Hermanos we continue our commitment to the expansion and modernisation of our logistics infrastructure. For this reason, we have acquired a plot of 5,000 square metres in the town of Oleiros, where we will develop a logistics warehouse of approximately 3,900 square metres. This new centre will be strategically located just 10 kilometres from A Coruña, with direct access to the N-VI and the Artabra road. It is located in an area with limited availability of industrial space, where our road transport and logistics services will play a key role.
A boost to our logistics growth
The construction of this new warehouse will begin in the coming months, and we expect it to be completed in 2026. With this investment, at Conde Fernández Hermanos we want to strengthen our position as a logistics operator in the province of A Coruña. We want to consolidate our ability to offer our customers, old and new, more efficient, fast and personalised services.

At Conde, we already have a network of warehouses strategically distributed over a radius of 20 kilometres. Thanks to this structure, we are able to store your goods at key points, guaranteeing a 100% efficient supply chain.
Our consolidated logistics infrastructure
With the incorporation of this new warehouse in Oleiros, at Conde Fernández Hermanos we are expanding our current network of warehouses, which includes:
- Espiritu Santo Industrial Estate – Sada: 3,500 m² with 10 metre high racking areas.
- Espíritu Santo – Cambre industrial estate: 8,000 m² with high bay racking.
- Bergondo Industrial Estate: 1,500 m² divided into two warehouses with 10 metre high racks.
- Arcoiris Industrial Estate – Sada: 1,000 m² with 6-metre high shelving.
- Piadela Industrial Estate – Betanzos: 1,000 m².
- Ledoño Transport Logistics Centre: 4,000 m² with a height of 13 metres, ideal for bulky and light goods.
